Risk Manager

Risk Manager is an affordable broker system which integrates front office document production and policy processing with insurance broking ledgers and cash management.  The easy-to-use interface can be customised to suit your requirements, and documentation can be produced using your existing templates.  In addition to basic policy, premium claims data, Risk Manager contains a clause database allowing you to store formatted text which can be included in documentation using the application's built-in mail merge facility.

Risk Manager can import data from external sources such as web databases or e-mailed quotations, and will export transactions and ledgers to generic accounting packages such as Sage Line 50 or QuickBooks.  These features are particularly useful when integrating Risk Manager with client's existing accounts or front-office systems.

Risk Manager is available in Access or SQL databases, depending on the size of your operation.  Risk Manager can be administered remotely providing your server is configured to allow Virtual Private Networking, enabling us to provide effective support when needed.

      

     

Prop-Form Manager

Prop-Form Manager allows you to send prop forms to your existing clients electronically, pre-loaded with all data currently relating to their policy.  The forms can be viewed and filled out in Microsoft Excel, allowing your clients to see previous years' answers alongside the current year's.  Once the completed prop is mailed back, Prop-Form Manager validates the data, returning any incomplete forms back to the senders with an explanation of additional information required. 

Client data - including all previous proposal form answers - is held on a central database which can be subsequently used for mail-merges, label printing, reporting etc.  This allows you to manually enter proposals received by fax or post, and tracks policy renewals to ensure that forms are sent out on time.

     

    

Web Development

In conjunction with Mojo-Creative Ltd, we provide complete web solutions which can communicate with your office databases. In this way, your site can be utilised as a means of collecting and sharing information with your clients securely and cheaply.  All of our sites include the option of content management pages which allow you to edit the text and graphics on a regular basis.
