ExFiles DataLink

ExFiles DataLink is an accounting tool which imports data from virtually any format or accounting product, and outputs the data to a variety of accounts prep systems.  

DataLink also contains a number of review functions which enable you to drill down to transaction level data, perform Audit Sampling, create journal entries, and view detailed reports.

DataLink uses a mapping process to relate incoming nominal codes and descriptions to output codes, and comes pre-configured with all the relevant map and product definitions you might need.  After installation, you may edit all product codes and maps in order to individual clients' requirements.

ExFiles Working Papers

ExFiles Working Papers in an Excel-based accounting tool which provides a complete template for accounts prep using PCAS codes.  Working Papers includes a number of built in functions - distributed as an Excel Add-in - to perform a variety of repetitive tasks and therefore improve the speed and reliability of your data processing.  Working Papers can be used in conjunction with DataLink to give you a complete solution - importing your client data, performing review functions, and finally outputting to Working Papers for final analysis.  

Although Working Papers requires no specific configuration, it is designed to be fully customisable for those who wish to modify the basic design.  Thus you may add extra sheets, edit formulae and rules, and utilise the built in functions in order to achieve the desired results.
